In order to comply with legal requirements for engines, specific adjustments to the engine control software are necessary. Herein we support you with modern engine test benches, measurement technology and qualified specialists to meet your requirements.

Functional engine tests, engine components and auxiliary units

To ensure the test vehicle´s specifications, a large number of tests and investigations are required. For this to be possible, we do not only use state-of-the-art measurement technology, but also work 24/7 with a well-coordinated team of mechanics, electricians and test bench engineers. Mechanical and electrical components can also be manufactured in-house at any time.

Long-term testing with development endurance cycles

The engine endurance is an essential part of any development project. We test your engines and its components in long-term, such as WLTC, RDE or in an individual test cycle. Assuming you need hot or cold tests, we test your engines under extreme conditions. Test rigs are set up according to your specifications, and modifications and improvements can easily be implemented.

Test carrier

Our workshop ensures the quality of test bench design setups and the adaptions of exhaust piping and exhaust aftertreatment (including those made of titanium alloy sheet). If required, our workshops for electronic components, wiring harness and complete vehicles are at your disposal.
